Secure Phone Pay
You can pay your bill by phone using our automated phone system. Dial our main number at (541) 673-6616 and select option 2 to begin the process. You can pay your bill using an echeck, credit, or debit card.
Before you call, you need your account number. If paying by check, you will need to create a PIN number before you can make a payment.
If you would like your bill to be the same amount month to month then you may be interested in budget billing. With budget billing, Douglas Electric Cooperative (DEC) divides your prior years’ usage by 12 to allow your bill to be the same in both the hottest and coldest months.
There are requirements that must be met to qualify so please download the Budget Billing (PDF).
