SmartHub
This application can be accessed using your computer or as an app that can be installed on your smartphone or tablet. SmartHub provides in-depth information about your account and access to billing history, usage statistics, outage information, and various other features.

Vanilla Direct Pay
Pay with cash at many convenient locations using the Vanilla Direct Pay barcode found in your SmartHub app or on the Smarthub website. Vanilla Direct Pay locations include Dollar General, CVS, Walgreens, Pilot, Walmart, and more.
- The Vanilla Direct Pay barcode is in the SmartHub app. Just go to Bill & Pay at the bottom of the screen > select Pay By Cash > View Barcode. Participating locations are also available on the Pay By Cash page.
- There is a $1.50 convenience fee for the service.
- The majority of participating locations will accept cash payments up to a maximum amount of $500.

PayNow
Quickly pay your bill online using your account number and last name without having to establish a username and password. There is no account information provided in this system, just a quick and easy way to pay your bill. Access Pay Now.
Secure Phone Pay
You can pay your bill by phone using our automated phone system. Dial our main number at (541) 673-6616 and select option 2 to begin the process. You can pay your bill using an echeck, credit, or debit card.
Before you call, you need your account number. If paying by check, you will need to create a PIN number before you can make a payment.
Budget Billing
If you would like your bill to be the same amount month to month then you may be interested in budget billing. With budget billing, Douglas Electric Cooperative (DEC) divides your prior years’ usage by 12 to allow your bill to be the same in both the hottest and coldest months.
There are requirements that must be met to qualify so please download the Budget Billing (PDF).
Auto Pay
DEC can automatically deduct the full amount of your monthly bill using Visa, MasterCard, or via bank draft. For more information, please call us at (541) 673-6616.
