Beginning February 14th, when you open SmartHUB on the web for the first time things are going to look a little different, so please do not be concerned or worried that you are at the wrong site. SmartHUB has been redesigned to provide for ease of navigation but it still has the same features that you are already familiar with!
New Navigation Menu
The redesigned navigation menu includes links to the main sections of SmartHub, buttons for frequently used features, and quick-links to additional information. This replaces the menu that used to be at the top of the screen.
Review & Pay Bills
The Customer Overview pane shows the member's Last Payment Amount, Past Due Balance, and Current Bill Amount. Clicking the Pay button takes members to the Bill & Pay screen, where they can see more information about their accounts and complete the payment process.
