DOUGLAS ELECTRIC COOOPERATIVE TREE REMOVAL AND ELECTRIC LINE TREE TRIMMING. Bids Due: September 24, 2026, at 5:00 PM (PDT). INVITATION TO BID. Douglas Electric Cooperative is seeking bids from qualified tree service companies to conduct hazard-tree removal and vegetation line clearing. Project is located in Douglas Electric’s right-of-way within a 2,200 square mile service territory located in Douglas County, Oregon. Interested companies are advised to attend a Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference scheduled on September 10, 2026, at 2:00 pm and the link to the pre-bid conference will be provided as an addendum to the bid package. Bids shall be submitted by companies that comply with the qualifications outlined in the INVITATION TO BID (ITB) document. All interested firms must submit a sealed bid pursuant to the requirements set forth in the ITB document.
