Supply Chain Issues

Much like many other companies, Douglas Electric is facing some pretty severe supply chain issues that will affect completion time for new services, changes of service and the installation of net metering facilities. Unfortunately, many of our primary suppliers are giving us lead times of weeks, months, and in some cases over a year for key components. If you are waiting for a new service or a service upgrade, please be patient and know that we are doing everything we can to secure materials and will complete the work as soon as we are able.
